Scrub for Soothing Sore Muscles 

Epsom salt is known to soothe sore muscles because it contains magnesium. This invigorating combination of Epsom salt with shea butter and essential oils is sure to help remove stiffness and tension from your hard-working body. 

Makes: 12 ounces 

Ingredients

 ⅓ cup raw shea butter
 ¼ cup olive oil 
½ teaspoon tangerine essential oil 20 drops lavender essential oil 
20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
 1 cup Epsom salts 

Directions 

1-Place the shea butter in a heatproof bowl and melt it in the microwave at 50% power. Add the olive oil and mix.

2- Add the essential oils one at a time, mixing after each addition. Pour in the Epsom salts and mix thoroughly. 

3-To use, massage the scrub over sore muscles and rinse off. 



4-A scoop may be added to bathwater for a soothing soak.
