Essential oils for steam inhalation and lnfluenza

Recipe for steam inhalation:

3 drops rosemary essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
2 drops eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops thyme essential oil

The oils are to be mixed with hot water in a bowl and then inhaled along with the hot steams. This will clean your nose and throat and it will help the oils expel their beneficial properties into your circulatory system. Use a towel over your head when inhaling.

Massage oil recipe for chest, throat and nose:

4 drops rosemary essential oil
4 drops geranium essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops tea tree essential oil
10 ml carrier oil

Influenza recipe:
2 drops cypress essential oil
2 drops palmarosa essential oil
2 drops Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil
2 drops thyme
2 drops nutmeg
2 drops geranium
2 drops ginger
2 drops tea tree
2 drops hyssop
1 1/5 tablespoons jojoba oil (carrier)
1/5 tablespoon castor oil (carrier)

You can rub this mix on your chest, throat and upper back at every one-two hours. The castor oil itself is a powerful antiseptic.
