Recipe for bruises and hematomas:

1 ml helichrysum essential oil
15 ml rosehip seed oil
75 ml carrier oil

The blend is then used on the wounded area.

20 drops elemi essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops rosemary essential oil
5 drops myrrh essential oils
2 cups boiled and cooled water

The blend should be used to clean the wound.

The antiseptic properties of the essential oils will prevent infection, while its anti-inflammatory agents will ease the pain. Recipe for insect bites:

3 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops Roman chamomile essential oil
1 drop peppermint essential oil
25 ml cider vinegar

Soak a cotton ball in this blend and dab the bites, the stinging and itching should go away in no time. And if you want to clean the atmosphere in the house, reestablish the equilibrium, you can use this recipe for disinfecting spray:

100 ml distilled water
60 drops bergamot essential oil
40 drops oregano essential oil
25 drops peppermint essential oil
15 drops cedar wood essential oil
10 drops cinnamon essential oil
5 ml emulsifier

The blend can be poured in a bottle with a diffuser, just be sure to shake well each time you use it.

Tip: Additionally you can add 10-15 drops of neem essential oil and use it to keep insects outside of your home.
