Essential oils recipe for pain:

Infused oils mix:

1/5 tablespoon Arnica Montana infused oil
1/5 tablespoon Calendula infused oil
1/5 tablespoon St. John’s wort infused oil 1/5 tablespoon Ruta Graveolens infused oil 1/5 tablespoon Comfrey infused oil
2 1/5 tablespoons jojoba oil
1 tablespoon castor oil

This blend can be stored for multiple uses in a black glass bottle, away from direct heat or sunlight.

You will take 2 tablespoons of this mix and add the following essential oils:

3 drops rosemary essential oil
3 drops ginger essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops Roman chamomile essential oil
3 drops helichrysum essential oil
2 drops clove bud essential oil
2 drops bay essential oil

Massaging the aching areas is the best way to get the oil into your body, rewarding you with an almost instant relief.

Whether you have a chronic migraine or a momentary acute one, here’s a recipe for headache:

1 drop peppermint essential oil
1 drop lavender essential oil
1 drop ginger essential oil
1 drop pink grapefruit essential oil
1 tablespoon carrier oil

The lavender oil calms your mind and body, peppermint reduces the tension, warms and dilates, the grapefruit seeds reduce the inflammation of the capillaries, while ginger works on the sensation of nausea.

You can use the blend to massage your temples and forehead.

Tip: Alternatively you can mix the essential oils without the carrier oil and place the content on a cotton ball. Inhale the vapors by keeping the ball enclosed in both your hands, taking 5 deep long breaths. Pause and inhale again, keeping the rhythm.
