Super-food Blueberry Juice 


This juice is suitable for weight loss because of the presence of chia seeds and blueberries. These two are satiating or filling and hence help you remain fuller for longer. 

The satiating effect helps keep hunger and unnecessary cravings at bay and thus you can effortlessly reduce food or calorie intake. Chia seeds and blueberries are more satiating than your ordinary liquid shot of sugar.

 Ingredients 


3/4 cup water
 1 teaspoon chia seeds
 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
 1/4 cup fresh spinach
 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

 Directions


 1. Use a powerful juicer to fully extFatract nutrients from the chia seeds.

 2. Add all the ingredients then juice/process them until ready. 

3. Discard the pulp and pour the juice into a tall glass. 

Serve.
